Hey, if there are precisnts in Boston that are 100% Democrat - why could it NOT be true?

I assume you are joking Peter, but if not cities are generally very Democratic leaning to say the least, with poorer parts (and other other parts such as university areas) going as much as 80% or higher Democrat. I really don't know what the highest Republican urban vote percentages are but 60% in any of the the top ten cities in America would be a high Republican number.
